I have agreed to summon wivesanddaughters.com to make (dress design)_________ for ________________________________. I have agreed to their choices or sent my own materials.   I will send the 50% deposit before I expect my order to be confirmed. I understand that this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.  I will send the remaining 50% upon notification of completion.  If the last payment is not received within 3 weeks of notification of completion: 1.  I will be forfeiting the 50% down payment. 2. The completed gown will become the property of wivesanddaughters.com.  I will not expect the dress to be finished sooner than the 2 to 4 weeks as mentioned.

If an item does not match what was stated, due to an error in manufacture, then you have 10 days from the date you received the item to return it. It will be our discretion whether to refund price of your item or send you a replacement. The 50% deposit and the shipping costs will not be refunded. We are not responsible for damage or loss of the item during shipment

An item is not eligible for refund/replacement simply because it doesn’t fit. You are expected to measure yourself correctly. IF you measure incorrectly your item will not fit right.  An item is not eligible for refund/replacement due to color.

If you receive an item and are not happy with it but it does not qualify for refund/replacement then you can resell the item on ebay if you wish. Simply contact us and let us know you wish to do this and we will email you the pictures.  This must be done within 30 days of the end of your order..
