I think when I wear this hat out I will cry. I wear this hat almost every time I wear a Regency style dress. I designed it from pictures I have seen of this particular style. I bought the hat at the local lace shop and I took it apart. I think the best part about this hat are the flower and feathers in the front. The top beret part has a band that is connected to the lace, then the hat.
