I used Sense and Sensibility's pattern style with a few adjustments.  I pipped all of the seams with self pipping.  I also added some to the bodice.  I did like it so low And I also wanted the back to have more of a facing.....  All buttons are cloth covered. The first two pictures are of the adult's version. To be period accurate the back would have used ties.

This is my newest design. I used 3 different sources for its construction. The drop front panel that actually drops down, but does not really open. The back opens all the way for easy on and off.  All buttons are cloth covered.  No pipping in the seams. I also added A line style skirt. The first two pictures are of the matching aduilt's version.
