This dress was made of cotton fabric. It has no waistband.  (One could be added) But it has a sleeve band that goes around the arm and buttons in the back. On this particular pattern I made the back and front higher.  There is a drawstring around the neck.  Prices on elaborate trims on skirt or bodice will be decided upon before ordering.

Price: $95

This spencer jacket is one of my favorites.  The material I used has several colors in it so it can be worn with almost anything.  The sleeve (although you can not tell) has a band that goes around and buttons towards the back.  (other styles available have a stand up collar, no Peplum, rounded collar, or a buckle at the waist)

Style: R2

Price:$65-$70

Here is a dress designed for the later Regency era. The back skirt is fuller. The sleeve has just a band on the bottom. This dress has no waist band.  But it can be added.  I also have a drawstring in the top.  This dress is lined. Price on elaborate trims on skirt or bodice will be decided upon before ordering.

This dress is the first dress I made. It was made of 100% cotton. It does not have a waistband.  The back and front are lower. It looks more like the dresses from the Jane Austen movies. The top is not lined.  Rather a strip of bias tape (made from the dress material) is used.  All dresses have cloth covered buttons. The sleeve has a smaller arm band than the one above.

This is my newest design. I used 3 different sources for its construction. I wanted something that you could use to nurse as well as something that looked "normal". So I made a combo of the two. The dress opens in the front, but it covered by the drop front panel that actually drops down. It reveals the front opening. The back opens all the way for easy on and off.  I also added a waistband. Instead of a A line style skirt I choose to gather it all. That way I can wear this pre and post baby!

This was the first Regency Ball gown I have designed.  The sleeves are made of white tulle and the dress is made from a thin bridal tafetta. The sleeves have a small row of lace....... Simple yet elegant. The dark you see is the dress form showing through.

This is one of my favorite cross over bodice styles.  I loved the strips. I was attempting to copy a dress that Emma Woodhouse wears on the English version of "Emma". I love the lace down the front. Sorry about them all being together. I can not find my original pictures.

This red wool cape is very warm and comfortable and completes the outfit.  I wear this over my dress and spencer on a chilly evening. The hood is lined with red satin.  Makes for a very elegant look. The claps is based on the movie "Persuasion". Anne Elliot wears a green cape with this clasp. And I am missing my originial pictures so I apoligize for the small photos.

I am not sure exactly what inspired this dress as much as the fabric. I found the Daisy Kingdom on sale and it looked perfect for a regency dress. I loved the border. I used this when expecting my daughter.  The skirt is gathered all the way around except for about 6 inches in the front. The top also has a drawstring to I can also nurse in it!

This is my newest creation . I used Sense and Sensibility's pattern with a few adjustments.  I pipped all of the seams with self pipping.  I also added some to the bodice.  I did like it so low And I also wanted the back to have more of a facing.....  All buttons are cloth covered. The last two pictures are of the child's version.

Style: R13A

Adult/Teen Price: $100 (with pipping $90 without)

Pattern.....Sensibility

My open robe was one of the most challenging things to make. It DOES NOT fit the dress form (as you can see) and never will if it is to fit me right! It makes it extremely hard to fit.... My inspiration is from The Cut Of Woman's Clothes by Norah Waugh. It is suppose to close in the front with hooks and eyes.
