The prices are for basic labor (That does include the self small pipping in the sleeves, waist, and neckline, and the topstitching down the back if requested) only and will vary depending on how elaborate the decoration. You choose your own fabrics! (Or agree to my choices) You choose the boning you want added. The price DOES NOT include closures or heming (As those would need to be hand sewn) All skirts can be made with 135" or 180" circumference at the hem. (I recommend a hem facing for durability and cleanliness) I will hand gauge your skirt for extra $20. Otherwise the skirt will be machine sewn. Any other hand sewing I charge $20 an hour. :-)
